If we are unable to identify your problem via phone, we will set up a remote connection point with a unique log-in to connect you directly with West Slope Technology (WST)* where we can trouble shoot any problem you are having directly on your computer.
This incredible function we offer to all of our customers will help save you time and money by reducing the need to coordinate an on-site visit. We assign a single technician to assist you during the entire connection to ensure that your problem is identified and solved. If you are unable to reach the internet, one of our friendly technicians will visit you and fix the program for you at your location.
Each call can be billed to your credit card through a secure site.
In rare occasions, your situation may require a technician to administer on site. Our home user promise to you is: "If we can not resolve your issue over the phone and we have to send out a technician the call is on us".

Our prevention program includes a monthly visit from a technician, who monitors your system(s), cleans all dust and debri from your hardware, and performs system updates to ensure the very highest level of efficiency. We also make sure all network connections and servers are operating at maximum capacity in order to prevent any errors, loss of connectivity or a dreaded failure.
Our Preventative Maintenance Program is available for a small monthly fee which is determined by the size of your network or computer maintenance needs. When signing up on our prevention plan, you receive a pre-determined block of support hours. We will provide your company employees with access to our “Client Service Desk portal” and they will be able to submit their own service desk request, monitor their progress and get a cost summary on your monthly IT spending.
